In situations where you no longer want to keep your items, or are looking for junk removal services, our crew helps you complete our Donation Appreciation Form (for your taxes and income credits), select the outreach program of your choice, and safely hauls the items to our warehouse. Once the items arrive and are inventoried, our Community Outreach Team determines whether or not the items are ready for donation. If your items are not yet ready, we work with our in-house restoration team to prepare them to meet our quality donation standards. Finally, we work with our charitable partners to ensure they're delivered to the right place at the right time-to ensure that your items make an impact.
